This is made with 100% Chardonnay sourced from a single 0.8 ha clos at 470 m altitude in the village of Rotalier. This parcel has a Meursault-like terror, with lots of limestone with the clay. The vines age is 60+ year old. Fermented and aged in 600 L barrels which is 50% new.
